These terms and conditions apply to the SpeechSync app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by The Speech Clinic FZ-LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). This Application is offered as a commercial service.
By downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to these terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions is not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat handles subscription billing, payment processing, and account validation. When you subscribe to a service in the Application, the payment is handled through your designated app store (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store), and RevenueCat manages the subscription data.
The Service Provider offers various subscription plans, which may include periodic payments (monthly or yearly) depending on your selection. By subscribing, you agree to be charged in accordance with the plan you have chosen. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The renewal fee will be the same as the initial subscription price unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation of a subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Please note that deleting the Application or uninstalling it does not cancel an active subscription.
For subscription management, including upgrades, downgrades, or cancellation, you must follow the procedures provided by the platform's app store or contact support.
Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the app store from which you made the purchase (Google Play or Apple App Store). The Service Provider is not responsible for issuing refunds. You should contact the app store directly for all refund-related inquiries.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider to deliver services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

When you create an account with the Service Provider, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in the immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Application. Any activity under your account or password, whether by you or a third party, is your responsibility. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify the Service Provider immediately of any breach of security.
Your account, identified by a unique email address, can be used on a maximum of two devices at any given time. If you attempt to log in on more than two devices simultaneously, access may be restricted until you remove the account from one of the devices.

You can modify these permissions through your device settings at any time. Disabling access may limit certain functionalities.
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your account without prior notice or liability if you breach these Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Application or contact us at [email protected] to request account deletion.
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for issues that arise from lack of access to Wi-Fi or mobile data. If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, you may incur data charges from your mobile provider. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for such charges.
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate. However, updates may be required to maintain functionality. You agree to accept updates when offered. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be compatible with the current operating system version on your device.
The Service Provider may terminate or discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the Application and delete it from your device if required.
The Service Provider reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. It is recommended that you review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting updated Terms on this page.
